ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders are processed, packed and registered for delivery on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). No orders will be processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed incur a processing time of up to two business days.

    DELIVERY

    Erin Bigg Cosmetics chooses to ship with Australia Post for Express orders and Sendle for standard shipping. Delivery is made within 2 to 7 business days within Australia, depending on shipping option selected. International orders may take up to three weeks.

    The purchaser maintains full responsibility for providing correct delivery details upon check-out. Erin Bigg Cosmetics will not be held accountable for delivery to incorrect addresses resulting in loss of purchase(s).

    If no one is available to sign for the delivery within business hours, you will be required to collect the item from the post office indicated to you, in accordance with Australia Post procedures. Please note this may mean a delay in receiving your item.

    CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

    COLOURS

    Whilst every effort is made to represent each product colour to be as close to the product as possible, some screens, phones and monitors may be calibrated differently and therefore colours may differ to actual products. This is at the purchasers risk. No refunds will be given for incorrect colour choices. Samples are available for all foundations.

    RECEIPT OF ITEMS AND RETURNS

    Erin Bigg Cosmetics strives to ensure that all deliveries are received in perfect condition. If however, you are unsatisfied please contact us within 24 hours and we will endeavour to correct the issue in a timely manner. The cost of returning damaged or faulty goods is the responsibility of the purchaser.

    Erin Bigg Cosmetics does not offer refunds for change of mind. Credits or replacements are only offered in instances where items are faulty, damaged or incorrectly selected by our packing and shipping team. All incorrectly shipped items remain the property of Erin Bigg Cosmetics and must be returned at no cost to the unintended recipient.

    We advise all customers to exercise care when selecting products online as we do not refund or exchange for incorrect colour selections.

    HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

    Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. nail polish) are required by law to be shipped by ground-only transport in possession of dangerous goods licenses.

    DUTIES AND TAXES

    Orders delivered within Australia are not subject to duties. GST is applicable on all products and is detailed at checkout.
